Etched out of the mountains in some of the most remote locations in south Tolima, San Fermin is built from dozens of small producers. Farmers must trek through jungles, cross rivers, load dirt bikes and carts pulled by donkeys to get this coffee from their small farms to the local warehouse.

Paying at least 50% over and above Fairtrade prices, their philosophy and ethical practice is true to speciality coffee.
